Fit For Purpose PPE Supply

Fit first. Then equip.

We don’t guess sizes or sell you gear that might not protect your crew. We select the right products for your hazards, quantitatively fit test respirators to confirm the seal, check hearing protection fit and comfort, then supply by quote. Simple, safe and compliant.

Brands we work with

We stock and work with leading brands, however we’re brand-agnostic when recommending what will actually protect your workers.

Why fit for purpose matters

Buying PPE before testing often leads to the wrong size and poor protection. For respirators, we use quantitative fit testing to prove the seal on the actual face that will wear it. If the first option doesn’t pass, we try alternatives until it does. Only then do we quote and supply.

For hearing, we fit test earplugs to confirm the right size and correct insertion, then match the protection class to your measured noise levels. If you need the data, we can run a noise assessment first. That way workers aren’t over or under protected, communication stays clear, and protection is real. Hello great hearing, goodbye tinnitus.

In short: verified fit, right product, right size, right class.

How it works

1. Scope

Tell us your tasks, hazards, crew size and locations. If you have a Noise or Air Quality Assessment or any Safety Data Sheets handy, be sure to send that through to us too, as this gives us key data to make the most informed decisions for your workers health.

2. Fit

We come to site or host you in office to run quantitative respirator fit testing and earplug fit testing to confirm size and real-world attenuation. If needed, we measure or review noise levels first.

3. Select

Based on results, we recommend respirator models, sizes and filters, and the right hearing protection type and class so workers are not over or under protected.

4. Supply

We provide a clear quote, deliver to your site, and set you up with simple care, change-out and storage guidance, plus reminders for re-testing to ensure your sites compliance.

FAQs

Not yet, but one is being built! For now, we supply by quote so we can confirm the right product and size first.

Under Australian standards respirators are required to be fit tested prior to being issued. This is to ensure the correct size and fit factor is achieved and also the adequate training on the correct use and maintenance of the respirator has been given to the staff member.
